Wilder signs and earns five times more than he had ever earned in his carer.
And he's bound to win right?
So there will be a rematch and he will probably earn say 30m
How on earth can Wilder earn 45m any other way?
If he is so confident just sign and...
Tbh...depending upon how the first fight goes, I'm not sure how well the rematch goes. Say Wilder wins by dominating 3rd round KO. Why would the US ppv be such to support a 125M dollar fight? Just to see what mNy would predict to be another easy win? Wilder has to bank on maximizing his purse for the 1st fight. Heck there is no guarantee Joshua exercises the immediate rematch clause.

      Exactly.

If Wilder wins he gets $15m plus all the belts + over $50m from the rematch, plus he gets on PPV for the first time.

So in summary, he could have over $65m and all the titles and be a PPV star in the next 12 months if he secures this fight.

He don't wanna sign up for that? When he only earns $2m per fight? Biggest duck in boxing. Time to put up or shut up.

who has the belt is your question. The same guy who said pay me 50 million and I will sign tomorrow that’s who. The guy who went public in saying that then wasn’t a man of his word. Wilder holds the WBC belt and if The A side AJ wants it then he will budge on price. Again when in the history of HW boxing and a fight of this magnitude did one fighter take a flat fee ? Especially a 15 million fee in a fight fight that will generate over a 100 million. I kno wilder originally said he would take the 15 million but the way AJ dragged the negotiations and then sent the contract with no date, no venue, no rematch as promised Wilder said *** it these guys aren’t serious. I would bet that wilder while asking for 50-50 will settle for 60-40.

This lop sided so-called "contract" benefits ONLY Team Hearn and the uninformed android, so let Joshua sign again where Wilder is supposed to. They can then stick the "contract" into the "shredder" side of the robot and leave it there! The only respectable contract Wilder & friends should insist on signing is a 60/40 percentage split.

In the mean time, greedy deceitful Hearn can keep his robot paid off with those easy opponents, "making all this money and can continue doing so, in risk free fights".....History will be clear with quotes & actions on who managed & advised the DUCK, versus the HUNTER trying everything imaginable to shoot and trap the uninformed programmable DUCKer!

Been reading these comments for a while now, so let's keep it simple. A fight of this magnitude is never made with a flat fee. Parker got a little over 30% for his fight with Joshua. Parker is in no way shape or form a bigger fight than Wilder. Wilder, who has been a title holder for a longer period of time should earn in the range of 35-40% being that he is B-side. 50/50 is not going to happen, but 35-40% is doable and the range it will take to get the fight done. Flat fee is a low ball offer. It does not matter how much Wilder made before this fight, he should get a percentage, NOT a flat fee offer! Now hopefully they get the fight done instead of all this nonsense. Who cares what side you root for, this would be the biggest heavyweight title fight in years which could have trilogy written all over it!

                      He said that?

When? I'd like to see that.
