If Wilder had rescheduled his fight with Povetkin as a voluntary there would have been no need for another mando and no legal battle with Ryabinski. You are either unfamiliar with the history or intentionally ignoring the details in my post. Upon lifting Povetkin suspension the WBC ordered Povetkin-Stiverne as an eliminator to become mando. Povetkin popped for ostarine and was suspended again by the WBC. Wilder fought Stiverne as mando. Povetkin got off WBC suspension the next month. Povetkin fought Hammer in Dec. Wilder fights Ortiz for $2.5M+ in March.
So are you suggesting that Povetkin fight would have made more money than the Ortiz fight? Enough money to drop the legal battle Team Wilder has against Ryabinsky and Povetkin for the 2016 meldonium cancellation?Comment

The legal battle started right after the cancellation during the suspension. Exactly when was the WBC champ suppose to fight Povetkin who was suspended by the WBC? He was basically suspended by the WBC from May 2016 to Dec 2017. When was this voluntary supposed to happen?Comment

So the WBC ordered Povetkin to fight another mando while they had him suspended? Ok, whatever you say.The legal battle started right after the cancellation during the suspension. Exactly when was the WBC champ suppose to fight Povetkin who was suspended by the WBC? He was basically suspended by the WBC from May 2016 to Dec 2017. When was this voluntary supposed to happen?Comment

May be true but no one wants to hear this ish. Basically he's saying eff the fans and the Superfight we all want to see, I'm going to fight this Russian guy because the Brits will pay for it anyway.
For the record, I think Povetkin is a perfectly acceptable opponent, just wish he would make some traction stateside..Comment

No. They ordered the eliminator upon ending his meldonium suspension, he then promptly tested positive for ostarine on the first test for his eliminator with Stiverne.
Are you suggesting that Wilder, the WBC champ should have ignored the WBC eliminator order and offered Povetkin a fight that likely wouldn't have happened anyway because Povetkin tested positive for ostarine?Comment
