If Mayweather wins again, nobody would care.
If he loses, people would act like the first fight didn't happen.
It's a lose/lose situation. Fighters have to understand, and people in general everyday life need to understand.
If someone doesn't like you, you can't win them over no matter what.
In fact, trying to win people over that don't like you has the opposite effect.

Not really. I'd rather see one of them or both fight Spence,Crawford or Thurman.
Thurman not getting the Pacquiao or Floyd fight is partially the reason he's mad and possibly has lost his heart, because although he's ducking now. He definitely earned a title shot at either one and both of them hoes ignored him.
