alright... so lets actually look at this somewhat objectively...

    - Anthony Joshua has 3 belts. Wilder has 1.
    AJ 75% - 25% DW

    - Anthony Joshua can bring in 90,000 to a fight. Wilder can bring 15000 confirmed.
    AJ 86% - 14% DW

    - Anthony Joshua has many endorsements and sponsors. Wilder has none of repute. not even showtime.
    Star Power: Advantage AJ

    - 848000 people total watched AJ-Parker on showtime. 1.34 million people watched Wilder-stiverne on showtime. it would be a landslide for AJ if i used uk /worldwide numbers, but ok. i'll throw Wilder a bone, disregarding the fact that this fight will be in the UK first, meaning that showtimes ratings probably should carry less weight than they would if the fight was in the US.
    AJ 38% - Wilder 62%

i won't even go into the resumes. its not even close.

So based on these numbers, how can wilder feel insulted by an offer 6-7 times more than his highest payday? no matter how much he or his fans want to rant about, the fact remains that he's not in the same class as Joshua.

for people crying about the flat fee, exactly what percentage would be worth it for joshua, who is clearly the A side, and the side clearly bringing the most to the table? how did you come up with that percentage?

Do you think he will defeat Joshua?

What offer has ever been granted of a 50% split on a estimated 100/plus fight on a Wilder win??

        That's not enough right?

        Any other excuses left?
What if the fight exceeds that estimation by Hearn and makes something crazy like over $200M ?

It's obvious why they want to offer a flat rate if you been following boxing for sometimes

Let's all put some respect on WILDERS name!!!
Lolol . He is being offered 15 million and the opportunity to become the undisputed Champion considering he has only fought one old live wire in his entire career. He is the Bronze bomber it’s not like he is the gold bomber. Joshua should infact sabotage the name considering he won Gold but we accept bronze we don’t necessarily respect it but each to their own.🇬🇧

One thing that "fans" continue to overlook is that the fights that AJ is in on Showtime are broadcast closer to 5PM eastern time, which is when a lot of people are still running errands or spending time with family outside of the house. It is going to be tough for anyone to pull good numbers at that time slot, especially during the fall when college football is at its homestretch.

My thing is this...Martin was able to fight Joshua in the UK. Finkel was able to be ringside when Wlad came to the UK to fight Joshua. Parker was able to work out a deal before the date and venue were secured.

Yet Wilder, who has not had a fight purse higher than 2.1 million, is demanding more money after agreeing to terms that would have netted him over 16 million dollars.

Wilder and Finkel are stalling the fight, and if it does not happen by April it is on them.

              Wilder knows so do you
It's very strange. I'm saying it. If you care more about Joshua's bank than about seeing him fight the best, you're a damn weirdo. British fans should be pressuring him, not justifying his avoidance of Wilder.
The fight is not happening, but it's because British fans have been foolish enough to treat Anthony Joshua like some kind of deity after beating old man Klitschko in a back-and-fourth war. 41-year-old Wladimir Klitschko who was coming off the worst performance of his career. Joshua is a big fish in a tiny little pond of a nation, but he's just another musclebound palooka to the rest of the world. He's only the A-side in England, and that's why he'll never leave. Keep filling stadiums to watch him beat the likes of Takam. Spend your money how ever you like. He only has to fight the opponents that the British public demands, and apparently, they don't demand much of him. It's more important to them that Joshua is rich. As the rest of the world loses respect for Joshua, British fans just keep digging their heels into the sand and talking about "but he packs stadiums".

                Avoidance of Wilder? LOL

The hilarity of people asking for someone who has already fought three guys in the top 10 (and will fight another one) in under 25 fights to "step up" to fight someone who has only fought two guys in the top ten in 40 fights.

This is what the sport has come to?

Why don't Joshua's fans want him to fight the best?

                  I don't get it.

Now that Wilder has his contract, nothing but excuses. You dudes need to wake up, Wilder never wanted anything to do with AJ.

Wilder should get 50% because when AJ ruins him he'll never box again and will need the money to pay medical bills and 24 hour carers to look after him.
