The last 2 fights for Joshua had neutrals. The last 2 fights for Wilder had all Americans. So in looking at who makes sure the deck is stacked in their favour, look no further than Wilder.

Hearn put in the contract that Wilder's side could have no input on officials.

Why would the WBA LET Hearn ongoing extentions continue if Joshua wasnt fighting or have intent to fight Wilder next ?

Promoters HAVE to set up fights in advance they just dont sit around and twittle their thumbs HOPING one fight gets made , just as Wilder MADE a deal with Breazeale should the Joshua fight not happen .

The difference is Hearn knew it would put more pressure on Wilder negotiating with Ryabinski .

Yea Hearn avoided Wilder fight so much he put out a false report that Joshua signed to fight Povetkin , waited for team Wilder to jump at them and then sent them a contract ! LOL


Without the extentions Povetkin would have been ordered to fight Joshua sooner - they wouldn't waste time and drag the WBA along , if they wnted to fight Povetkin they would have just fought him in the first place .

Yet didnt sign ANY contract ,made sure it got out in the media and still demand 50% as they did in the beginning ?
