the has beens and the never was[es]

berto vs alexander is an OK fight. loser retires, winner might get one last chance to keep the gate against a good looking up and comer, or maybe even get a "title shot," whatever that means when there are 4 titles per division and the fighters are basically in separate leagues because of promotional beef.

with any luck quillin hangs up his gloves for good, that guy is a conman. leon love was never even a talent and would always have lost to top guys, but at least he wasn't a complete fabrication and haymon con job, like quillin. i hope he wins!
