PBC has to stop recycling these irrelevant fighters. First they used Guerrero and Malignaggi now its Berto and Alexander.

Devon Alexander, after finally getting himself right, beat Walter Castillo in a nothing fight, basically beat Victor Ortiz (with the judges deciding what they wanted to decide), and, for argument's sake, beats Berto in style.

He strings together 3 good performances and you've got a 31-year old, southpaw boxer-puncher with some craft, coming back onto form. I still think that Spence smokes him, but you end up with another capable welterweight fighter to work into the mix.

The fact that you can't point to a single fight that's happened to make your point speaks volumes, lol.

Golden Boy and Top Rank made Lomachenko vs Linares this year. Happy?

Terrible card. How many times can PBC recycle Berto. And Peter 'Kid Once Every Three Years' Quillin?? Come on.

Berto and Alexander shouldn't be "headlining" anything! That's just ridiculous! I'm surprised FOX agreed to that!

so a washed up guy beating 2 other washed up guys means he deserves to fight an elite fighter? this proves what? you need higher standards my friend. to fight an elite top guy you should need to beat one of the guys one step down on the ladder. berto and ortiz aren't even on the ladder. they fell off and are squirming on the ground trying to get up.
