Now he does, when the contract was sent before there was no venue or date.

Hopefully the percentage offered Wilder will be agreeable and the fight happens April 22, 2019. The fight happening in Wembley stadium won't make any difference to Wilder. However Wilder's team will probably want a lot of say as to who the referee is. Wilder will want a referee who is willing to allow him to weather a storm as he did against Ortiz. That kind of referee makes this a fair scrap as I'm fairly sure this fight will not go to the judges.

AJ is going to sit on that pot as long as he can. He had no date or place for Wilder, wouldnt even speculate, but when Wilder calls BS, and says he wants 50/50. Hearn says no, but now they got plenty of dates and Wobbly stadium. He could have said that all along.

The judges and referees will be sanctioned by the British boxing board of control.. as is customary for all world title shots held in Britain .

They might not like a referee or judge picked and can lobby for a change.. but they have no say in who the final picks will be. That's up to the board only

That may mean (depending on who the British boxing board selects as the referee) that the fight won't happen. The UK arrangement heavily favors Joshua and probably explains why he doesn't want to fight Wilder in the USA. At least that is the appearance.
