Shelly doesn't have any fans. He's a numbers guy. There's nothing exciting about him. He's made some of the biggest fights for 40 years and the average fan would have no idea who he is. He's not charismatic. He doesn't like to speak in front of the camera. He just negotiates fights.

That fight would not do Joshua numbers and Wilder will be called on a duck bc he will get less pay .

Fury has never been a huge draw without Klitchko and the reality is neither Fury or Wilder make a huge payday without Joshua , these are facts and the continued notion Wilder gets to call shots therefore no fight exposes the idiots on here !

these guys are still spewing out that the 50mil was fake???? smfh

Then I suppose it would be a s Showtime fight with about $4 million tops split between the two.

Just thinking... What if this fight has been signed already and both camps are talking just to promote the fight... Woke up thinking about this thing

There must be a bunch of first time fans on this site.

About a year ago, Joshua gave an interview on SKY sports stating that he wouldn't be rushed with his career, and would not fight Wilder until he was physically, mentally, and emotionally ready.

Was his career rushed to fight Wlad? (Maybe because Wlad looked like dog poo in his last fight, and was off for more than a year?

Fast forward to now. Who turns down $50 million plus 50% of the PPV?

Only a juicer or a chicken.

Where did you pull Joshua getting 23 million for the Parker fight from when the only confirmed public numbers had the take on the Klitschko fight being £30m (basically under $45m) and the gate and Box Office numbers were nowhere near the Klitschko fight for the Parker one? lol.

Except it's not though. The Klitschko fight was a good one, but let's look at the rest of the ledger: Molina, Breazeale, Takam, Parker, maybe Dillian Whyte (the fact that he's already ducked Luis Ortiz and swerved Kubrat Pulev let's it be known where his camp thinks his current level is).

Wilder has Stiverne and Ortiz as his best fights, and then has a slate of top 50 heavyweight fights under that

Wilder will look like a complete fool for accepting anything less then 15 -Million bc its crack head money right , to fight Joshua ? lol

The actual pressure is on Wilder bc Fury is not ranked by the WBC so he has NO access to Fury but Joshua will bc he has 4 belts and Fury WILL get into a top 15 spot sooner then later in one of them and Wilder will be freezed out moreso where hes heading which is nowhere fast bc the WBC is going to be filled with Joshua left overs !
Tyson Fury would be making the trip to the US, with the split likely being 60/40 Wilder.

Fury and Wilder will get to talking, MGM Resorts will still likely host the fight (likely at MGM Grand instead of T-Mobile, but the site fee will carry the day), Showtime would still put the fight on PPV, and BoxNation would carry the fight at 2am.

The way Fury has looked will for sure stop it from being an even $50m fight, but Wilder basically gets what he would've gotten for Joshua in the UK with $30m cleared for the fighters ($5m-$7m from the live event, $3m-$5m from the UK TV, sponsors and miscellaneous revenue streams, and 350k-400k PPV homes in the US).
