Where is 25 million coming from?

AJ was guaranteed 13 million for the Klitschko fight. What is the most credible information you have indicating AJ will make twice that much fighting Povetkin? You can't just repeat talking points you hear Hearn say on IFL. You have to dig a little deeper than that. Where is the actual evidence AJ makes 25 million per fight?

Son, I'm surprised you don't understand what was so clearly explained.
Sorry old man. I don’t listen to Shelly or Hearn fans.

same as pac floyd, dont think so, pac cooled down so floyd jumped in

unless joshua is hoping wilder gets ko'ed by someone else, could happen but doubt it

That should be great for the boxers but I sense a bit of jealousy from some of you guys.
Don't be surprised if a Wilder/Fury fight is announced soon. Maybe after the Wilder/Breazeale fight. Wilder hinted at something like that in a very recent interview. If that does indeed happen it slows down the Joshua money train. What it (imo) also would do is add pressure for the Wilder/Joshua fight to happen.

the bottom line, is that if hearn was not around, AJ would have taken the 50mil and we would be talking about the fight instead of all this arguing back n forth over money and hearns lies. this is a fact, hearn is a business man and aj is a big part of his enterprise, he is in NO rush to put aj in the ring with wilder, and its understandable but we are not business men we are boxing fans so fk that! hearn put a muzzle on aj after he asked for 50mil which is why hes been silent ever since, and now here we are.

What offer do you think Warren will offer Wilder a non factor and Fury who also needed a big draw in Klitchko in a U.K fight the rematch had difficulties selling tickets and it was in the U.K but Wilder will generate a 15 Million $ purse under Warren ?lol

Wilder will look like a complete fool for accepting anything less then 15 -Million bc its crack head money right , to fight Joshua ? lol

The actual pressure is on Wilder bc Fury is not ranked by the WBC so he has NO access to Fury but Joshua will bc he has 4 belts and Fury WILL get into a top 15 spot sooner then later in one of them and Wilder will be freezed out moreso where hes heading which is nowhere fast bc the WBC is going to be filled with Joshua left overs !

If I'm a fighter my only money concern should be if I am maximizing my pay day. What my opponent is being paid wouldn't concern me. So why are so many of you AJ fans hung up on the percentages, etc. I just don't get it.

I think that fight would happen in the UK and would be well attended because it's Fury. In the USA it would be a Showtime fight (not ppv) with smaller purses for the fighters.

Yes they did. Even Hearn admits the offer was real, but that he and AJ's team decided they were better off making 35 million in the UK than 50 million in the US.

Goes to show the lengths they will go to maintain that hometown cooking. In the entire history of boxing, has anybody asked to fight for 15 million less so they can stay at home?
