When did making 2 million become a bad thing? Why is any body monitoring any persons income, proudly I might add....but to answer you question Alexander has shown he is able to secure strong financial backing, the monster purse bid with Klitscho proves that. I’m sure if he wins against AJ his sponsor would pay BIG bucks to get wilder there to fight. And wilder has proven he will go. Wilder might be better off. Who knows?

Would be interesting to see in that instance if Povetkin made the mistake of selling a rematch clause like Fury did.

Almost impossible to get a title shot as a voluntary without giving a rematch clause, or worse, options.

But a mandatory can't be forced to give a rematch or options. The Klitschkos were notorious though for buying rematch clauses from mandatories who otherwise wouldn't have to give one.

Will Povetkin sell a rematch clause here? Hard to say. Hearn being so chummy with WOB and being so eager to do this fight next leads me to believe Povetkin did agree to sell a rematch clause.

What would happen with Wilder then?
It would take at least a year to see AJ makes a comeback victory with Pov, if ever.
Where will Deontay even make $3 mil with?
What kind of rational boxing fan looks forward to celebrating a cherrypick gone wrong because Wilder will not get equivalent money that he would've gotten from the absolutely crap deal Hearn offered him.

You don't even seem to be upset that it would cost the sport and its fans a chance to see the biggest HWT title fight in a generation. A fight the whole world will be watching and a fight that would put the sport at the top of the news food chain.

But yeah, a 2 time PED cheat will have won. Hooray!

If he was "DESPERATE FOR MONEY" he would sign the deal right?

NOPE! Desperation would be signing a deal without a Date and a one sides rematch clause just for the money.

Joshua not in his head because Joshua hasn't said anything, Eddie doing all his talking FOR HIM! Wanting to Knock Him Out comes with the Territory they're both Heavyweights that how they're suppose to feel about each other

I still want Wilder to fight AJ but I kinda want him to lose just for karma reasons.

He will still make the money because Wilder is going to make the same offer to Povetkin that he made to Joshua and let's see will Povetkin turn that same $50 Mil guarantee he offered to AJ down? It's highly unlikely he will. So Deontay would get everything he wants, the 50/50 purse split, $50 Million guarantee plus an upside of the gate and Pay per view, a two fight deal and a chance to select the venue, date and some of the Las Vegas officials for the bout . So the best thing that could happen for Deontay Wilder is for AJ to lose but most of all he would become boxing's undisputed heavyweight champion.
