He's up there. His problem is inactivity. Dude is 28, but he's fighting twice a year, at most, as if he's a PPV king.

Nah there are plenty of guys who are more overrated. Spence is the #2 welterweight and top 10 p4p in my opinion. His fanboys might overrate him somewhat but that's no different than any other elite fighter. Gervonta Davis, Billy Joe Saunders are more overrated just to name a few.

I think he's about right. On the cusp of p4p discussion bases off some quality but unspectacular wins. He passes the eye test with flying colors.
