it doesnt work that way fella.....say if joshua boxed wilder in vegas NSAC which control the boxing in vegas choose the officials for the boxing matches in vegas and likewise for new york its the NY commision and if the fight takes place in the uk BBBC are the governing bodies.
What will normally happen in a unification is that a judge from each organisation will be chossn to work the fight.....that's how it should be carried out m8

How is it definitely a lie that Hearn told him April 2019? Hearn is saying that publicly right now! So Shelly is definitely telling the truth.

The question becomes, was there ever a contract that guaranteed the fight would be in October/November? Not even Hearn's version of events says October/November was in the contract. Hearn's own story is that "of course it would be this year." Not, "this year was guaranteed in the contract.

So if Hearn's position is "just take my word for it" and Finkel's position is "I won't just take your word for it, it needs to be in the contract," I'm going to side with Finkel because if the shoe was on the other foot, Hearn wouldn't just take somebody's word for it. They would want it in the contract.

It means nothing if it’s not in the agreement.

If Shelly was happy with it and saying he would get back to them by Friday then I don’t see where the issue is. I think you guys are focusing on the wrong area. The area you need to focus on was “Between Shelly being ok with everything (According to Hearn on camera) and Shelly getting back to them on Friday, what has changed”

That should be the main question, Yes the WBA came in to the rescue. But apart from that what changed. No one is asking that question which would put Hearn on his back.

Hearn is saying that right now because negotiation is over, the WBA can’t wait. So they moving on with Povetkin, so next for them is after Povetkin if they want it. That’s according to Hearn on camera (You can choose to believe him or not).

A side advantages are used to make money, AJ is the first I've seen use them to ask for less money. That is really backward logic.
Can't agree with this more. Hagler didn't take a BS deal to fight Leonard, and Leonard paid for all the advantages he wanted too. Joshua is trying to have his way with everything, and Wilder isn't in a position where he has to put up with that. I see people cracking jokes about how Wilder only makes $2M a fight average, like that's not absolutely amazing money lol

So he could tell Shelley but couldn’t put it on paper. You don’t find that odd.

Nah you guys are too emotionally invested in this. First you complain about the fight not happening, “Oh they ducking it mang” “What are they scared of” when people told you money would be a problem, then it’s Wilder said he would take anything. Etc

Then he got offered a flat fees of 12.5m, when I was screaming for him to sign the contract because of how shady Hearn was, you guys were busy telling us why he shouldn’t be getting a flat fee like you are getting paid from it.

Now this thing is over you still want one side to be blamed for everything, even when brits like myself put blamed on Hearn none of you even point one single finger on Shelly. At the end of the day it takes two to tango. When you are the B-side your focus should be getting that beetch in the ring at all cost.

The WBA has helped Hearn along with Shelly get this fight put on the backburner and that’s the truth, so either Shelly is really naive and he is a baby in negotiations or he really knows what he is doing and he and Hearn have teamed up to make this fight bigger by their shenanigans. The WBA get their wish with AJ defending against his mandatory and Povetkin gets his shot.

For me the biggest winners are still Joshua and Wilder because they have both sold this fight more than it would have made in September 2018.

Not sure how that was communicated, that’s why I said email, fax or paper. Am going by Hearn words on camera. If someone wants to ask him that on email or tweeter then fair enough. I would like Shelly to be asked some of these questions as well. Only fair to listen to both sides.

How it was communicated doesn't matter unless it was on the agreement. And it wasn't. That's all that matters.

But that's only one part of the issue. This goes back months now.

When Wilder first called Joshua out...Hearn told him to fight Whyte first but wouldn't guarantee Joshua after.

When Wilder was supposed to be ringside, they didn't want him in the ring, made a fuss about it and then did a 360 when it all came out.

Then when they are supposed to negotiate in earnest...he refuses a split and offers a flat fee.

Then when Joshua gets his dream offer, he says Joshua would rather take $10-15 million less to fight in the UK.

So what does Hearn do? Offer another *****ty flat fee offer.

When Wilder accepts...he pretends they've been MIA for four weeks (even though he is on video 10 days before talking about how Barry met with Finkel and saying they talk almost every day). Oh, and in that same video, he says Povetkin is next (this was weeks ago).

So he uses a fake excuse to pretend they may not be able to get a venue. Then he sends a contract with no date or venue. And then he says he "told" them as if a bout agreement is done through word of mouth.

But guess what? That didn't stop Wilder. He said ***** it, we'll have it over to you by the end of the week. Now they were supposed to be prophets and moved quicker because they were supposed to know the WBA would come up with some BS that Hearn clearly drafted for them.

The whole thing is beyond bull*****. Beyond ludicrous. I'm not even mad about it. It's almost funny at this point.
