In the interview Hearn first said “against anyone he wants” and then backtracked to say he had to approve the opponent.

Which means Dillian Whyte or another of Hearn’s fighters (looks like he has options on Parker). So the “anyone he wants” is negated by the “Eddie has to approve.” It’s Eddie trying to get Wilder on the DAZN roster and that’s not going to happen.
