When it happens as it surely will there will be a need for narratives, AJ's side has them as he's been astutely marketed by people that understand modern marketing for quite some time now.

Wilder's side however has singularly failed to engage his domestic market in the way that would translate to the sort of earnings targeted.

However, now we can see the outline of a story that can separate the sporting fans of the US from their hard earned dollars.

Wilder, the plucky brave guy that's all about the challenge and the glory, the guy who will take on anyone, anywhere. He can't realise his dream because of a dastardly English sleazeball who has somehow managed to snaffle all the belts for his cowardly, protected, faux champion.

Brave Wilder has tried everything to face him in the ring but wicked General Cornwallis, sorry Eddie Hearn, has manipulated the system at every turn. How can this brave young American prevail in the face of such British duplicity?

Good news my friend, you will get the chance to find out, will cost you seventy bucks times three once these narratives have been thoroughly embedded in the US fight fans collective psyche.
    Lmao good one.

Wilder has been outboxed and hurt multiple times - As AJ has been hurt multiple times.

Thinking the heavyweight champ (either) is scared of the other is absolutely brain dead ridiculous. they wouldn't have gotten this far if they were scared.

Agreed. My post was metaphorical and was not meant to be suggesting AJ was literally scared of him. I imagine he is more concerned about protecting his '0' and pride than his opponent, but we won't get into that.

        Interesting logic.

In his 19th fight Joshua fought Klitchsko.

In his 19th fight Wilder fought the 27th best Cruiserweight in Mexico.

Talk is cheap, look at the facts. There is only one warrior here.
No don’t use logic and reason it’s not fair. It’s all about who talks the loudest scrums don’t matter only words.

Yeah it was a rubbish win. And did you see the fight? It was so boring!

Wilder vs Ortiz was a true heavyweight contest though. Best heavyweight fight of all time quite possible.

A contract with no date and no venue has never been seen as valid here on NSB. Why would it suddenly be valid now?

Also, why did the contract not have rematch clauses for both champs, not just Joshua?

No matter how much you want to blame Wilder, these 2 things make it hard to believe Hearn wanted aj to fight wilder next as he repeatedly said.

Warriors don't reject 50 million & warriors don't keep putting hurdles after hurdles in front of that 50 million either. Your talk is cheap, look at those facts.
