I'll be very surprised if this goes 12, I doubt Smith can handle his power for that long unless he turns into canelo (vs ggg)

Yea Smith, U're going to do more than bite down lol. U might've fought da better opposition but that won't better ur chin when it gets cracked. All those fights u jus mentioned won't help u against a hardhitter in Munguia. I don't see this getting passed da 6th rd. Hope they have da stretcher at ringside

Very interested to see Munguia against a good fighter that is about his own size. I'm hoping Munguia is the goods. We need a worthy warrior to take over Cinco de Mayo and Mexican Independence Day duties.

Isn't it interesting how Ali dominated Cotto after Canelo merely outpointed him 2 years prior? It's like Miguel got old over night.

The canelo fight was very taxing for Miguel. He was hurt several times but like most veterans he hid it and survived very well.

You answered your own query. Cotto had the canelo fight which finished off any elite form left, he waited two years until the next fight against kamagei, as he was getting hurt in training and sparring. That's says it all the fight was his last hurrah. Ali finished cotto due to a careers worth of wear & tear even rupturing a bicep during the fight.

Had cotto fought Ali instead of canelo in 2015 I believe a cotto stoppage before round 10 would have occurred. I believe there's not many on here who would disagree with what I've just typed.

I may be wrong and I'll hold my hands up if I am bro.

Cotto wins that fight without the bicep injury. I don't know why you say "dominated".

Actually, I did consider the Canelo fight took all that Cotto had left, especially if Canelo was juicing.

But he did tear his left biceps in that fight. It comes with the territory. And Sadam had him hurt and staggering a few times. You may not think Ali dominated Cotto, but he clearly beat him.

I agree and I was impressed cotto hung in there with the sizeable weight difference.

Listen Shakespeare da (the) third. There's only room for one king around here. Plus you're false nobility you can't even spell properly peasant man.
