Thank you for your opinion, but that has absolutely nothing to do with anything I said.

Whether Alexander can win an eliminator or beat Spence is irrelevant. Part of controlling belts is controlling mandatories and part of controlling mandatories is controlling eliminators.

Alexander is very high in the IBF ratings, it's possible he could be set up with Jesse Vargas to become mandatory, so he needs a solid win right now to justify Showtime putting him back in a co-feature or possibly even a main event. Berto has a name and would be a good win for Alexander right now while he's playing the waiting game with the IBF.

alexander couldn’t even beat victor Ortiz lol. Pbc can’t control the IBF eliminators. That’s why Spence just fought Ocampo. But Spence is so good pbc doesn’t need to worry about controlling
The eliminators. What they need to try to do is get thurman or the Garcia Porter winner to unify with Spence

The draw didn't hurt him in the ratings and most experts had him winning.

IBF eliminators harder to control than WBC, but not impossible. When the new ratings are released, Ocampo will be moved down and the top three IBF contenders will all be controlled by Haymon. So you're actually wrong, PBC will control the IBF eliminators.

I would've rather seen Alexander vs. Vargas, but I'll take it. I wonder what the other televised fight will be?

Both fights are a dumpster fire. Pacquiao is long gone. Matthysse looked like trash in his last fight too.
