IBF eliminators harder to control than WBC, but not impossible. When the new ratings are released, Ocampo will be moved down and the top three IBF contenders will all be controlled by Haymon. So you're actually wrong, PBC will control the IBF eliminators.

Sorry, but boxers don't retire as soon as they are no longer on an elite or top level. If PBC don't find fights for them, someone else will.
This should be a good match-up. What pisses me off is when they throw Rios in with Pac or with DSG, or Molina against Bud, or Wilder vs. Arreola, or Stevenson vs. anyone, or g-Rubio. Two lower-second tier fighters against each other is a good undercard. Especially when you consider that these low end, second tier fighters are often nothing but an opponent to make the big name look good as the main event.Comment

Yes, that is because PBC has over 200 fighters. Compared to the handful that TR and GB have. These are good match-ups at least.
