It’s not hard to see it’s the worst promotional company in USA now
Even if I disagreed with you you have at least tried to justify your sentiments.

Promoters should be standing behind their fighters, not try to outshine them. Floyd's ego would not allow him to become a good promoter. And you'd think he should be given his experience, knowledge and connections. Oscar has actually done pretty well here in comparison (and that is with all the things we can say about Oscar in general)

Great Boxers don't really make for good Promoters or Trainers unless they're Hands Off! He has the name now find some people with the KNOW HOW and no I'm not talking about ***ing Leonard Ellerbe. Put together a REAL TEAM also hire an experienced BOXING MATCHMAKER and just let them run it and you show up to use your Drawing Power to help promote the matches and try not to spend other fighters Pressers talking about YOURSELF!

Also have to understand these fighters likely won't have your work ethic or drive and most certainly won't have your talent or skills.

honestly, the only fighter worth a damn on TMT is Badou and he's never had any complaints.

You people really sound brain dead. EVERY promoter has disgruntled fighters that want to leave at some point whether it's Oscar, Arum or Floyd it's just the nature of the business not every fighter on the roster is going to be happy and there is absolutely no guarantee that the grass will be greener on the other side either....it's simple really, every boxer wants to fight, become superstars and make big money but only a chosen few will actually succeed in that.

I will not bore you with other promoters that face the same problem with some of their fighters. What an ignorant statement
Dont even bother, we can only hope these dudes pass away as fast as possible so grown up people can really talk in a forum

I've been thinking about this too. He's also the only one that's always on his **** and will fight anybody.

I do think there's some b.s. going on with the TMT team but something tells me it has more to do with certain fighters trying to be
too close to the Mayweather inner circle than it does with funny business.

If Al Haymon made Floyd rich, why would you sign with Floyd instead of Al Haymon? If Warren Buffet was to make Terence Crawford rich from investments, and then Terence Crawford started an investment firm, would you put your money with Terence Crawford or Warren Buffet?

See my post above. I know a little bit about this situation (through personal channels). Some of these fighters are probablly more to blame than many here assume.
