Wlad is done. What more is there to say? He became a top contender in a division that really wasn't worth a damn in the first place.

And its only getting worse bro, and Wlad just happens to be only 28 when everyone under 30 is a bum.

Why should I give Toney props? He has managed to beat a shot Holyfield in which the early rounds were way too even and he has beaten a fighter who'd be lucky to make it into the top 100.

You dont have to give Toney props, but Wlads career does not stack up against his and he has won his last 3 fights unlike Wlad. You cant compare the two.

The main difference at this point, to me, is that Toney only has a couple fights left in him (if that, with the injuries and such), while Wlad could still fight for a number of years, though at what level is questionable.

He was KO'd 2 times in his past 3 fights? That's news to me. Where did you hear this? He has been TKO'd 2 times in his past 5 fights. You should give Wlad props because he has beaten better heavyweights in the most dominate manner than any other heavyweight contender or title holder out there today.

I never said that he was never a good fighter. He was once good and hyped up like Michael Grant, but then crumbled like Michael Grant. This conversation is taking place on 10/05/04, not 2 or so years ago when Wlad was a good fighter. Im talking about today and what people are doing. Wake up and smell the coffee when it comes to that guy. How many more times does he have to look like **** for you concede that he sucks? i agree there, mostly because tyson comes out fighting with a means to destroy his opponents, there is no "feeling out rounds" for mike tyson, its simply go out there and murder as quick as he can, hes going for the knockout, and for that reason, people still want to see him fight.

The reason I don't give Toney props is because he has done nothing to deserve a #1 ranking except run his mouth!!! Don't get me wrong! He has had a great career, but not at heavyweight and never will in my oppinion!!! Especially after Green had his way with Toney in there sparring session!!! Toney needs to fight a real top 10 guy before he gets a title shot...
