Comments Thread For: Luis Ortiz Wants Tyson Fury Showdown Next

Top heavyweight contender Luis Ortiz (28-1) isn't looking for a tune-up after his March loss to WBC champion Deontay Wilder. Ortiz was stopped in 10 rounds by Wilder but nearly finished off the Alabama native in the 7th round of their action packed fight at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

No chance Fury gets in there with Ortiz. Maybe in 3 more years when Ortiz is more shot than Wlad was.

If it's a sumo wrestling match Ortiz is looking for then Fury would be perfect right now. But if he wants a boxing lesson ... wait till this time next year.

Fat Fury gonna duck Ortiz, it's a shame because even Alabama fraud found balls to fight him but fat Fury doesn't have any balls.

The fight will never happen and then went Ortiz finds out he won't be getting a 50/50 split he'll look elsewhere... he should try Japan and do some sumo...

To be honest Povetkin could ruin EVERYBODY'S party. Wilder would be the easiest.

Won't happen. How about both of whyte's rejects; ortiz vs pulev. Makes sense for both fighters

Pulev is the most intriguing for sure. Povetkin may be getting a little overrated these days, but is dangerous and interesting.

Ortiz would flatten Fury. Tyson is in no way rin ring shape. Heck, Hughie makes way more sense.
