This isn't being a fan, this is having common boxing sense. You know, like you and many others defended FMJ for doing basically his whole career from the ODLH fight on.

GGG made a decision to fight Vanes as a stay busy fight. He was willing to even fight Spike and offered him the fight. But facing a guy like SD on less than 3 weeks notice for short money is ****** when at that given time, they didn't know they were getting stripped.

And all things aside, who fkn cares? GGG is #1 and is going to fight for the lineal title in September for the most money in boxing not involving AJ.

Why you and others have a hard time understanding this is beyond me.

And you want to know why I know this? Because I don't trash boxers personally when they don't deserve it, while you all do. Trash fkn Canelo for cheating and getting caught.

Name a situation where one person has 3 belts & not fighting mandatory challengers for any of the belts.
You can't hold 4 belts and refuse to fight your mandatory while trying to fight the same over and over again. He coulda fot Sergiy outta there In May.

ggg is the one that didnt pick derevyanchenko and picked martirosyan instead knowing full well that the exception was for this one fight and that he would have to sign up to fight derevyanchenko after the martirosyan fight by the latest august... he didnt agree so he got stripped.

I completely disagree. GGG was training for Canelo for Canelo money! That's about a 14 million pay cut to fight a guy almost as dangerous. And for what? I wouldn't have risked a Cheatnelo rematch either.
