Sounded like he was describing Lomachenko when I read it, it's all subjective anyway but I personally think Lomachenko like most but if Crawford can beat Spence and clear out 147 then his case gets stronger, assuming Lomachenko doesn't beat Garcia. I think Garcia is a bigger resume booster than Spence.

Crawfords win is not better than Loma's against Linares. They are equal at best because Loma had a KD and lost about 2-4 rounds out of 10 against Crawford who had it easy for all rounds.

If Loma beats Mikey (even struggling) then he is Top P4P even if Crawford beats Spence.

Crawford and Mikey have been high-level fighters for many years. In the Navy they call it "sustained superior performance of your duties." That's why I have them both above Lomachenko! GGG is the hardest to place, especially after the draw with Canelo! Lomachenko and Spence Jr. are stars, but they need more fights, and they both have a chance to face Top P4P guys like Mikey Garcia and Terence Crawford! This debate should be settled in 2019!
