It sounds like they're stuck taking short money, and I would have preferred if Hearn didn't get to walk away with a literal mountain of money while shortchanging the other side after all he's done to try and rob the fans of this fight. But whatever, the most important thing is that it looks like the fight is (probably) on. I was honestly ready for all of this to fall through and for Joshua to be content with an uninspiring matchup against Povetkin for the next six months or so before this whole charade starts again, but I'm glad that that's (probably) not the case. Hearn is still a snake and it wouldn't surprise me if he tried to evade this fight one last time.
