  • Tyson Fury looked really bad and we got another US Champion in Hooker ur thoughts?

Ik Fury has been gone for about almost 3yrs and personal issues as well but man he talking way to much trash to look like that.

Flanagan lost his chance to be a 2 division champ he had his moments but yea I dont see him lasting long at 140 nor do I for Hooker tbh I wish him well being American but I dont see it.

Thought they were gonna screw Hooker, really glad they didn't. Although being world champ may be too much for him, suspect him to lose it in the WBSS, he was real gassed at the 8th then got second wind then nearly ran out again. First distance fight though so will improve. They Fury fight was just ******, the guy was a cruiserweight, he was too small to make the fight worth anything, not fun to watch, not good for Fury to see where he is at, not good for the guy just looked awkward and then has to quit as fighting someone that much bigger is hard and dangerous but it looked like he just quit for nothing. Pointless fight. Almost felt like it only existed for Warren to announce he would be at Windsor.

For someone who was written off before the fight, I thought Hooker done well. Whether he keeps the belt or not he fully deserved that win and I’m glad for him. Him entering the WBSS with a belt adds to the prestige of the tournament with a world champion in it..

As for Fury, well we expected this tonight, but it’s just good to see him back in the ring and he’s gotta take this slowly. But I think he needs to get Peter back training him again if he’s gonna up the level of competition again..

I thought Fury looked HORRIBLE. Seriously, I think Daniel Martz would have beaten Fury tonight.

Regarding Hooker...YES! I have no problem admitting, I did not think he could pull off a decision in the UK, but it is what it is. I had him winning 9 of the 12 rounds.

I laughed how Flanagan said "He's just another American" before the fight. And you know what? He's correct. Hooker (who is local so I ride with him) IS just another American. AND...Americans STAY smashing on UK boxers. It's been like that, it's like that now, and it will ALWAYS be like that.

Fury beat a small CW. 95kg Segeri vs. 125 Fury. 30kg(60-65lb) difference.

Fury OBVIOUSLY toyed with this guy and backed away when he landed a solid shot to let his opponent regroup .

I predicted Seferi wouldn't come out for the 8th round but it was a little sooner .

Anyone thinking Fury actually tried in this fight needs their head examined in grading a terrible performance .

Wasnt it obvious that Fury before the fight would take it easy or how about the pre bell kiss ?

So then the idea was to fight someone whom he could "toy with" instead of give him work?

Fury is clown and a disgrace to the sport of boxing. He wasn't obliigated to fighting a dangerous opponent after years away from the ring. But he WAS expected to respect his opponent, his fans and the sport and he did none of those things.
