Team GGG should pull a boss move like Team Wilder did and offer Canelo a guarantee that’s a couple million more than he took home in the first fight. They should offer to be the lead promoter of the event and assume most of the financial risks. Then do a 50/50 split on everything that exceeds Canelo’s guarantee. Wilder has shown us the way B-siders can get bigger splits. It’s like anything else in life. If you put up the money, you can make the rules.
