I’m confused about that one too and he has yet to speak on that. I’m waiting on one of the lil reporters to bring that up. I’m curious to see how that would go

No details of Hearns offer to Wilder ??? or is it still the terrible offer from months ago?

Yeah that’s a storyline that has kinda disappeared. During the buildup to the Parker fight. It was almost a given that if both won, AJ would make his US debut against Big Baby at Barclays. Guess that kinda went away when the $50M offer came. The excuse for not taking the $50M was that AJ wants to fight in the U.K. That would be a hard sell from a PR standpoint. Even to a fanbase as ****** as AJ’s.

As you see all but a few hardcore id1ots defend AJ's none sense. Say if you want the fight or not instead of contracticting himself

I think the competitor in AJ wants the fight. But from a business standpoint, it probably makes for AJ to put the fight off for awhile. What’s being lost in all the AJ-Wilder talk is that Tyson Fury is attempting a comeback. And not only does Fury have a lineal claim to the true heavyweight title. AJ-Fury is probably a bigger fight in the U.K. than AJ-Wilder. I wouldn’t doubt that Team AJ secretly wanna do a Fury fight before taking the risk against Wilder. But like you, I wish they would just come out and say it instead of playing all these PR games.

I am with you. I think they really want AJ/Fury before Wilder. Fury is coming back and it is better to get him now than later. Fury is unstable or can really get in shape. Wilder's right hand is a legit risk and I see how concern they are. IMO AJ has more skills and if he don't get KOed he is favorite to win in my book.

Hearn still hasn’t revealed what his counteroffer is. That should tell you all you need to know.
