The BJS fight was signed and ready to go after the Jacobs fight. The Jacobs fight was a whole lot harder than they expected and decided to shut GGG down until the Canelo fight.

I don't know why people keep ignoring BJS had signed to fight GGG last year and GGG was the one who pulled out

Pretty simple: agree to fight Sergiy by Aug 3rd or get stripped. He got stripped. Not a big deal considering he hasnt been chasing after undisputed for a while now. Now, we can move on.

Gennady can focus on Canelo. Or move on and get Charlo.

Boxing goes on. This isnt a back breaker. This isnt gonna taint boxing. I congratulate the IBF for not capitulating and keeping their word. They can hang their hat on that atleast. Unlike the rest of the sanctioning bodies.

          That's a duck.

His whole career has been about all the belts. He got a pass last year when he pulled out of the BJS fight for the last belt in order to fight Canelo for a payday.
I do not think the fight would ever be made because of the low purse. Some of you dummies believe what you want to believe. Let's take for example GBP offer to Jacobs. If that think is something ridiculous and Jacobs says F no, is that a duck? The Canelo fanboys will scream yes. If Golovkin couldn't offer a reasonable amount to Derevy than why bother, so you can save face and said you offered. That's just BS for the dummies. Loeffler said Derevy would need more, they paid crap to Vanes.

Given it was less than a month to make the fight, no it was not a duck. Now, let's say Golovkin refused to fight Derevy next and then goes and fights a Vanes like guy. Yeah I'll call that a duck. If he goes out an fights one of the other top guys who brings in a lot more, no I'm no calling that a duck.

So pussie g got stripped???? LMAO what happened to fighting for the belts?? Unifying the division??? BEGGING Canelo for a payday and it looks like Canelo is going a different direction.

So check this out: Fight Vanes, a certified bum, gets stripped by IBF- Might not fight Canelo in September, now has Charlo as his mando. About time they stripped this dude. Spend the last 4-5 years trying to fight Canelo scared to take serious risk.

Karma for that ass. You heard the WBC, it looks like Charlo is up next. DON'T DUCK HIM LIKE YOU DUCK OTHER CHALLENGES

Fight Derevyanchenko instead of Vanes. Not that hard if that's the actual goal.

Golovkin didn't want to keep the belts; he wanted to get his two Alvarez paydays (maybe he tries to use a close loss on the cards to get a third payday), and he wanted to fight lukewarm garbage while he waited.

                He played himself

                  Just like Canelo pulled out?

I mean, that's all business, don't act like they are afraid of BJS.

Well, Golovkin realized he will never win a decision in Vegas against Canelo, add in the two failed ped tests and the wasted time I see exactly why GGG wanted 50/50. I think GGG is now best moving on... Canelo is literally 'tainted'.
