GGG should have fought Sergiy and kept his belt if it was that important to him!! Why complain about the BS Canelo is putting him through if he's still gonna fight him anyway? Canelo tested positive for steroids and GGG isn't getting the 50/50 split that he wants for the fight, why put up with that sh**? Because he wants the money. If he gets "robbed" in the fight against Canelo I don't wanna hear him b**** about it. Should unify the division with BJS and get it over with.

his resume is highly questionable..... and his opponent selection has been widely criticized..... and yet, in spite of those facts..... Golovkin just refused to fight his mando, instead preferring to select a mid-level JMW who had been inactive for two years

then, he clearly ducked Canelo

1) you do not beat records by defending a lesser title

2) you do not beat records by cherry-picking NO-HOPER'S

3) you do not beat records by avoiding guys who happen to be a threat, and getting stripped for avoiding mandatories

1) he has never shown any genuine interest in Saunders, recently avoiding that fight TWICE

How much GGG get for Canelo? I was thinking $10M-ish & figured he was getting around $2.5M-$3M-ish iirc before that. So thought 3-4 was in the range.

But the main point holds. Canelo is the fight to make by a mile if you are cashing out & f#ck man I almost think just hanging them up in lieu of Canelo & Oscar calling you out of retirement or something in 12mos for maybe even bigger money is a better plan b than fighting Charlo & Derevyancheko & whoever else for those smaller paydays & much more risk or the concern of risk since they are promising if still unknown en****** at this level.
