Ortiz was boxing nice in the Wilder fight, almost got him out of there. It'll be a heck of a lot better fight than that garbage Lucas Brown crap that went down. Ortiz will take risks Pulev won't and he's also technically better in my opinion, that's why I like this fight over the Pulev one. He's also a southpaw

Didnt beat him though did he? if we're going by what actually happened on the night when all was said and done.. nah.. didn't think so.
That fight is acknowledged by all as a draw or point either way. rest on whatever side of that fence you want, but dont use what you've just said as an argument when the judges rulings say different.
As far as ranks go? wbc #1 wba #7 IBF #4 WBO #3
so yeah, top 5. oh, and if you wana triangle theory it all.. then what about Dillian Whyte beating the guy handily, whom chisora lost to in Helenius?Comment

I think his best hope is that he has the speed advantage.Originally posted by StudentOfDaGameWhyte's title aspirations coming in for a big reality check. What's Whyte going to do to Ortiz? Outbox him?
watching his sparring sessions with nigel benn, he seems to have improved alot on his jab speed and distance judgement.
He simply cannot go in thinking hes outboxing ortiz.Comment

Exactly, the dumbo's here who think Whyte has a chance don't know nothing about boxing and levels.Originally posted by StudentOfDaGameWhyte's title aspirations coming in for a big reality check. What's Whyte going to do to Ortiz? Outbox him?
They keep going on about Ortiz's performance against Allen and Scott, two fights he was just coasting and getting in some rounds.
Even at 38 years old, Ortiz is way too good then the likes of second tier Heavies like Whyte.
Ortiz has better power, better footwork, better timing, better accuracy, better ring smarts and there's nothing Whyte can do to win this.Comment

Whyte has the chin, stamina and heart to take Ortiz into a gruelling punch-up and finish him, especially infront of his hometown fans. He's improving every fight now since settling into a trainer and a routine.
I got Whyte by ko in the mid rounds.Comment
What's this "we" shit? You ain't Wilder!
