Floyd got him the fight with Pedraza for his first belt which was a pretty essy fight for a title which he obviously won.

Then however many months later Tank stated that his promoter (Floyd) was trying to "set him up" (to lose) by giving him Pedrazs because he "doesn't want to see him win"
