I like Chilemba's attitude. A throwback fighter willing to fight anyone, and make a good show of it as he does it.

Good fight, Bivol is being brought along at a fast pace, I imagine he's going to be fighting Kovalev by the end of the year and I'm picking him to win that by KO. 175 is only second to 147 imo and Bivol looks the best of the bunch in a very loaded division. I think Beterbiev would give him the toughest fight at 175.

Should Bivol stop Chilemba in fashion as he did with Sullivan Barrera, that would be quite a statement.

Nice card. I love watching rising stars against the old cats. I expect Chilemba to hear the final bell, or at least that's where my money would be in this fight - Bivol wide UD.

Poor Chilemba. Beatdown by Kovalev, elbow injury leading to stoppage against Gvozdyk, and now going in against Bivol. Much respect to Isaac, but that punishment is not good for his health.

Chilemba has gone through a lot between losses and injuries and another beat down is not going to do him any good... he might start thinking about pulling the plug pretty soon... fighting a lot on the road does not help either...

Good fight for Bivol. Hopefully we can get the Russians in that div. to start facing each other though.

Bivol racking up some good names on his record at an early stage in his career.

But fancy him to walk through Chilemba with relative ease.

175 is the best division in boxing. 147 is the most overrated division in boxing, a bunch of guys who would be considered B-class in Floyd and Manny's era but are now being hyped up. Crawford is super talented but protected, and Spence is also super talented, but after that you have B-level guys like Danny Garcia and Porter, and Keith Thurman who was supposed to be A-level but has looked super unimpressive since he got married I guess and barely sc****d by Garcia which puts him at B-level too.

So basically 147 has two top guys, and nothing interesting after that. 175 has Kovalev (although getting old), Stevenson (well he used to be good, so maybe not him either), Beterbiev definitely A-level (although also getting old), Bivol A-level, Gvozdyk has been inconsistent and has some flaws but on the whole is a lot more skillful and powerful than the 2nd tier guys at 147 like Garcia and Power.

So I wouldn't overhype 147. They just make a big deal out of it because it's a historical weight class and they are always trying to make money off it and hype the next wave as something great. This time, it isn't, except for Spence and Crawford, potentially. They look like the goods so far.
