you are saying that cause you know the cherry picker Garcia is much bigger the Loma and MIGHT beat him. if they were the same size Loma makes Garcia quit on his stool (after paying off the doctor) again

What fighters say and what fighters do or 2 different things...will Garcia go down to 135, they should give him a drop dead date to do it or no contract... what about Davis to 135, let's chance of this happening I believe ...both vs Loma: he would make a fool out of Davis and would beat Garcia, both by decision... he is that good and contrary to what people may think, neither have the skills of what Linares brought to the bout...

Garcia is already back at 135, that's why he vacated the 140 strap to remain a champ there. Also, though unannounced, basically official that he is fighting Robert Easter later this summer.

How do you figure Mikey is much bigger, his body definitely isn't ready for 140 that is for sure. Mikey and Loma are both the same height and they both started their careers at 126. Calling him a cherry picker because he only goes after titles ATM, Are you going to call it a cherry pick when he fights Easter and then Loma unification later this year?

Thats a good decision.. let your body grow naturally into the weight if it can.. there are good fights to be made at 135 too so staying there makes sense..

I'd much rather see him unify 135 though. There are some good fights there, and I think he can really build on his legacy.
I'd like to see Lom top out at 135....there are lots of great fights for him there. I hope everything heals with him. He fought a bigger guy and a champion and sustained an injury and still stopped the guy - that is a true warrior. He is one of a handful of fighters I really look forward to seeing. Cannot wait for his return.
