What fighters say and what fighters do or 2 different things...will Garcia go down to 135, they should give him a drop dead date to do it or no contract... what about Davis to 135, let's chance of this happening I believe ...both vs Loma: he would make a fool out of Davis and would beat Garcia, both by decision... he is that good and contrary to what people may think, neither have the skills of what Linares brought to the bout...Comment

How do you figure Mikey is much bigger, his body definitely isn't ready for 140 that is for sure. Mikey and Loma are both the same height and they both started their careers at 126. Calling him a cherry picker because he only goes after titles ATM, Are you going to call it a cherry pick when he fights Easter and then Loma unification later this year?Comment

Thats a good decision.. let your body grow naturally into the weight if it can.. there are good fights to be made at 135 too so staying there makes sense..Comment

I was wondering if Loma had thought about trying to pick up a strap from the weakest title holder at 140, just to be the fastest to win titles in 4 divisions. (I've got no idea who will own what at 140 in the next year or so, with people moving up and down).
I'd much rather see him unify 135 though. There are some good fights there, and I think he can really build on his legacy.Comment
