Why did Martin come to UK to fight AJ? Why did Klitchko fight AJ in London?

Martin had the option to have AJ go to states, but as there was more money on the table he chose to go to UK. He got a great deal and nobody was unhappy with anything about that.

I don't live far from Vegas, I've been going since it was a two lane highway from Cali. I was there for more than just the boxing. I've bowled there, for money of course, it's easier to win if you don't bet against the house. What do you want to know about the place? Sam's Town, the Rio, the srip.
