I've said a number of times but compromises were needed for fight to happen. Will it still happen? I think it will? When? Well, if not now, likely next April at wembley in my view.

Anyone can blame either Joshua or Wilder's side as either could have made it happen by the sound of things.

Potvetkin isn't a bad alternative choice though so hope this goes through if Wilder doesn't. I also hope wilder doesn't fight Brezeale , just a meaningless fight. Fingers crossed he goes for Whyte, Parker or worst case Pulev.

No compromises were needed. AJ named his price. His price was met. He ducked.

It's really sad that all the Wilder nuthuggers are hanging onto a throwaway comment Joshua made, where the location wasn't even stipulated.

If he hadn't said that, what would your excuses be for Wilder not agreeing to the fight?

You realise it's a weak as piss argument right? Wilder was begging for the opportunity to fight before AJ v Parker, talking about legacy, saying he will travel, that it's not about money, blah blah blah, but you conveniently forget about that.

Wilder has had 2 career high purse offers given to him to fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship and has not accepted either of them. What the hell is he waiting for!?

If he thinks he makes more money in an America fight then good for him, go and do it but against someone else. Go and offer Tyson Fury 50m instead. Just don't call out the champ and then stall for him to have to fight a mandatory instead.

tyson fury will be a bigger draw v aj if he put together 2-3 fights,
lets face facts..aj can sell out wembley no problem & other football arenas .wilder on the other hand has not,im looking at facts here,
i dont think dw wants it in uk or he would has told his people to "make it"
i dont think aj is running from anyone,
sit down & look at who they have fought..aj has faced better fighters
dw was all over the shop in his last fight & it was his stiffest test against a drug cheat,
aj is slightly improving in each fight & dw knows it..each promoter is saying this & that but dw wont face white let alone aj

Wilder confirmed he would be willing to fight in the uk as Joshua is the main champion
Now he has changed his mind

Now he is stalling and ducking

              That’s a fact

                You’re right

Wilder confirmed on live tv he would fight aj in uk

                Now he has backed out

Which makes wilder he one who ducked by your logic

Go watch wilder during the aj vs Klitschko fight, he knows he is the d side and knew he has to travel to fight aj which is why he said he would

Now he is scared realising his fake championship status will soon be over

Aj will fight the guy wilder ducked next

Wilder will fight aj left over

No, if you had an IQ in double digits you'd realise that Wilder vs. Joshua is the fight I want to see. Go and accumulate a few more brain cells.

Like most people on here are saying, you can practically hear Hearn squirming when he's talking about the Wilder fight. He's so full of ****.
**** Joshua, and I'm British. I've never liked his fake humble try hard personality, or more importantly his basic boxing style. Never enjoyed watching his fights, if I want to watch a proper heavyweight I just watch Lennox Lewis on youtube.

That person posted months ago that Joshua/Wilder was all but a done deal for the fall, that they had "inside knowledge" . Their credibility is nil.
