So you rest and with good massage and trigger point release the pain settles down and the range of motion returns until you set things off again doing what caused it to spasm up in the first place. And since the cartilage will always be compromised this cycle can't be avoided if you are going to punch for a living.

You get used to the pain and train through it and make adjustments...but these things DO make it harder obviously to be 100% and full strength never returns mostly because of the pain. Fight night he will probably get a Tordal injection (providing he gets the TUE) and nothing will hurt and he will be strong but not as strong as he would be if he could have trained pain free and with full flexibility with full range of motion.

Everything about boxing takes it's tole on the body and it breaks the body down. He's already 30 I believe and probably not looking to box forever. He will carry on I think for some years to come...like Floyd did with bad hands and all. Manny took Tordal injections for his shoulder for some time before the Mayweather fight as I recall (remember the bruhaha about him being denied it for the Mayweather fight?).

My guess is this has been coming on for some time. It starts off at a manageable level and then it reaches a breaking point. Let's hope for the best.
Maybe they will go down this route http://cses.cumc.columbia.edu/care-newtreatment.html

I've heard about this...but there really isn't much to support that it actually works.

        https://www.painscience.com/articles...es-it-work.php

Anyways...that's for Musculoskeletal Injuries. Cartilage is not really typical musculoskeletal in any event...because there are no blood vessels in cartilage so how could plasma have any effect? I and many others wish there was a way to regenerate cartilage but there is not. They are working on cloning cartilage but maybe some day in the future...not for now even for those who could afford it like Lomo.

If you read your link you will see that's for ligaments. You know the difference between ligaments and cartilage...right? Are you trolling here?

Not at all, but various people have used it and logged there results with various degrees of success for similar injuries, so healing may be possible with it.

Show me where and who use it for shoulder cartilage then. You understand that cartilage has no blood vessels right? So nothing you take is ever going to find it's way circulating to it.

I rarely see it mentioned. It's almost like if some guys do it, like Crawford, they're mean-spirited bullies, but if other guys do it, it's like a cute foreigner thing...?
Watch the face of showboater. One has disgusting look which tries to demoralize opponent (to the level people hate him) while another has cheerful look of self happiness and self confidence trying to increase his own state instead of trying to lower opponent's.

He looks gayish. I mean, you clearly can hear how he "likes" Loma.
