Pacquiao's power is hugely overstated. He's never knocked out anyone at 147.
I always thought it was weird people thought Pacquiao would knock out Floyd when Floyd's took flush shots from a 154 fighter in Canelo, and from bigger punchers in general. In his 13 fights at the full 147 limit, there is only one fight he was in that involved a knockout. That coincidentally enough, was the fight he got knocked out in.

Pac was never a KO artist at 147. His KO of Hatton was the exception, not the rule. He was a volume puncher with speed and angles. Pac never tested positive for anything and was at most a 135 lb- 140 lb. fighter. The Floyd excuse makers try to to discredit him to somehow make Floyd out to be something he never was. Little Pac dominated the sport in a way that will probably never be done again. Give the man credit where credit is due.

Pac was on PED's. He was never tested during his "destructive" span.

As su****ion arose his use obviously stopped...so too did the "destruction". Right around the JMM 3 fight. Then Bradley happened. In both of those fights he looked human. Definitely lost to JMM and had a competitive, but clear win against Bradley.
