So after the fight was cancelled Loeffler negotiated for weeks to tweak the original deal. But couldn't get his own client to sign the deal. Now his client is trying to blow up the deal by asking for a huge money difference even though this clown can't point to anything financially that GGG brings to the table to justify earning 50%. Its ducking plain and simple. Pricing himself out the fight. Hes the B side and its not even close asking for the same money as the A side means he wants out of the fight.

Canelo has already sold a total 4.5M PPVs WITHOUT GGG and GGG has sold 300K. Last year before they fought canelo sold over 1M PPVs. GGG has no leverage he couldn't even sellout a tiny stubhub and made just 1M. He made only 3M to fight jacobs last year. Canelo made over 20M to fight chavez and makes 10-15M regardless who he fights. GGG was offered more then the first fight which was his career high and stands to make well over 10M. Or he can go back to making 1-3M and fighting high risk mandatories in a 1/3 empty stubhub. GGG would have to fight dervy, charlo, murata (the order of his mandatories) all risky fights he could lose and still won't equal the money to fight canelo in sept. And he's old with not many fights left and any lose could trigger retirement. Loeffler has an idiot for a client. Canelo will make money whoever he fights in Sept and is young with many years left in the sport and many more paydays
