as a featherwgt in a bantamwgt world title
the guy is a shame to professional boxing
because of that, he's banned from ever fighting in japan & for the wbc(for a year)

they need to be impose stricter rules on making wgt
as i would imagine tournaments generally do
and they couldn't fight in japan
