Murata would almost certainly be accepted by the WBA as fulfilling GGGs mando requirement instead of Jacobs given that Ryota holds their 'regular' world title. He still has to (or at least should IMO) fight Derevyanchenko first for the IBF, but after that, why not?

Because in the rotation it goes WBC, WBA then IBF. He could fight Murata after Derevyanchenko (if that is where they are in the rotation) so long as he doesn't get a mandatory ordered.
