Bro they have to offer wilder a sizeable percentage now. Realistically he deserves 35%. In fact because we fu#cked up with the 50 million shenanigans perhaps closer to 40%. However if the fight makes more money in the states and Joshua being the A side has decided that he can afford to take a financial loss surely it’s not fair to suggest his opponent should also take a financial loss in order for Joshua to feel more comfortable in his surrroundings. I am pro Joshua but Deontay should be rewarded for travelling and secondly being out of pocket. Team wilder are my enemy but even enemies can show respect when it’s time

        So was this one .https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxin...ilder-12338429

I bet he did and retracted.
That was a typo. I did know the correct spelling, but it's nice to be reminded of Tommy in any case.

One of your links has been auto censored. The other didn't load properly on my tablet, but the use of quote marks suggests the journalist didn't have solid info on the nature of the offer.

Finkel said the initial offer had a 48 hour limit and was take it or leave it. Hearn denied both points. Frankly I don't care, I'm bored senseless of both the antics of the principals and the resulting circus on here.

And how can you say Wilder brings nothing to the table when he offered Joshua $50 million plus PPV upside?

AJ is a fckn shameless coward. Period.

"Give me $50 million I'll sign tomorrow." The coward got his card pulled.

Now the goalpost moves to the location.

AJ fanboys have zero credibility after spending weeks calling Wilder's offer a PR stunt.
Cowardy glass jaw robot already had five fights paying more than double Wilders highest earnings, so, someone is the smart one in all this, I doubt playground name calling will bother him much.

I'll bet your fav fighters have been involved in many lowball offers over the years

a reasonable offer in good faith lol, we are talking about boxing promoters here, they are slimey individuals, its their jobs to get the best deal for their fighter

12.5 mil will not be the final offer and im sure never was intended to be

?? How does this UK take any tax from Wilder? Wilder would only pay tax where he’s from, the US

right! well then you all should be asking eddie why he doesn't think wilder is worth a percentage! but parker was! 35-40% is fair and wilder would go to the uk. but if this 50mil offer is there I don't see them allowing eddie to dictate where it is held. thanks for the balanced post! rare these days. seems like aj is fighting pedvtkin next

Eddie Hearn doesn’t control the promotion if it’s in the US. If you think he’s more concerned with the fans than that fact, then you are being naive and there really isn’t a need to discuss this further with you.
I'm not talking about attendances, I'm talking about endorsements, I'm talking about the value of himself as a brand.

And I'm clearly not talking about Hearn, I'm talking about Joshua.

Fair play. But AJ’s side should then pay Wilder whatever he would be getting if the fight was in the U.S. — and more than Parker got — no flat fees, no monkey business.

If he’s exercising his ‘A’ side on venue rather than purse, he needs to give up the $$$.
