I don't know why wilder wouldn't fancy the job at Wembley, what an experience that would be for a fighter. Imagine knocking Joshua out in front of 90k of his own fans.
well eddie hearn himself said it would do more money in America. I just think they should have offered wilder a percentage this way it would be in the uk no doubt

And how can you say Wilder brings nothing to the table when he offered Joshua $50 million plus PPV upside?

AJ is a fckn shameless coward. Period.

"Give me $50 million I'll sign tomorrow." The coward got his card pulled.

Now the goalpost moves to the location.

AJ fanboys have zero credibility after spending weeks calling Wilder's offer a PR stunt.
Wilder vs Stiverne 2. A fat old Rasta that was out of his depth stepping in with the heavyweight champion of the world. It was a fight that proved absolutely nothing. I can imagine you were entertained but history has already forgotten that fight. It was for no marbles so didn’t mean anything then and definitely doesn’t mean anything now.

Granted AJ fight with Parker was a snooze fest but it meant something. He achieved something . Probably guaranteed him an extra 5% in the negotiations. We are ready to lock horns so hopefully all this yapping will stop

We're talking tens of millions of dollars here.
            Not some waiter's income .
My understanding is that it's dollar for dollar. Wilder fights in the UK for $10m, the UK government takes $4m in taxes, Wilder's US tax for the year is $5m, deduct $4m from the UK tax, and Wilder only owes $1m (the numbers are completely made up, but you should get the point).

it was a lowball, so what, its a legitimate tactic in negotiating, happens ALL the time, no need to get excited about it, if its the FINAL offer then its a problem, basically its nothing until it final, u heard of final offer before?

Joshua consistently talks about his fans. Either you believe him that the fans (and essentially how he's viewed by them) mean a lot to him or you don't.

If you believe it's fake then you've got to accept that he's doing it for a reason (e.g. publicity, marketability, whatever). If that's the case then it's worth something to him so he's going to want to keep up the act by delivering the fight to the UK fans - not cut 85,000 of them out when he sniffs an opportunity to make more money elsewhere.

The longterm PR value is likely to make up the lost revenue anyway PLUS he gets hometown advantage in the biggest HW fight of the decade.
Long term PR value? What? You’re just blabbering now.

Joshua already draws 80-90,000. They aren’t going to build a new stadium seating 150,000 because he was nice to fans.

Eddie Hearn doesn’t control the promotion if it’s in the US. If you think he’s more concerned with the fans than that fact, then you are being naive and there really isn’t a need to discuss this further with you.

Well, lowball offers are usually done by promoters who don't want to risk their meal ticket .
And slimy promoters and managers also throw in slave options .

Legitimate tactics in negotiating is making reasonable offer in good faith.
Lowball offers are masked ducks to me .
