It takes years for he policies to take it effect and we are seeing what ***** did for this country and ****** trump is riding the coat tails taking al the credit but once he is gone we will see just how ******ed he really is. ***** was far from perfect but far more presidential than the celebrity in chief we have now.

I dont know who tony galento is but why you would be going until failure with a barbell when you dont have a spotter is completely ******ed especially since most people train in a public gym, you cant just have 6plates tumbling accross the gym and dumped off the bar every set lol and it seems like a sure fire way to get injured, but that's a matter of opinion and preference, there is no right answer as to whether you should have collars on a barbell or not it depends on numerous things and personal preference
