I don't think its unreasonable to give Pacquiao a catchweight, hes a shell of his old self. Pacquiao at 135 is ******Comment

I just think Linares gets stopped earlier, but he also stopped him. Linares put in a good showing, got KO'd and beaten up in the process
.The guy admitted to secretly training for him for a year, so if that's the best he can do, that's great, but it obviously wasn't enough.Comment

I doubt it. Linares has more fans in the UK than the US, and there was a period of time where he only fought on TV in the UK fairly recently. Loma-Rigo did better numbers at a later start time. I think Loma's numbers suffered this time because he was going head to head with a UFC PPV.Certainly the great matchup and increasing publicity around Lomachenko was the main factor in these numbers, but I think the start time probably had a lot to do with it as well. Something they should look at in the future, especially with ESPN. HBO/Showtime I get starting later, but this stuff should be in prime-time on the regular networksComment

Pac says he can make 135 easy. The fight will be at 135. Pacquiao will be a lot better at 135 I think, vs guys his own size or much smaller like Loma. 147 was always a mistake for Pac, at least once he lost his prime stamina to keep outworking bigger men and wearing them down with 1,000 punches since he couldnt hurt them with single shots. But now he cant throw lots of punches anymore and he still cant hurt them badly enough with one punch, at least not enough to stop them, so 147 is now all wrong for him.
Pac-Loma should happen at 135, or at the highest a catchweight of 137 or 138. 137 or 138 Pacquiao can DEFINITELY make easily. 140 is just too high for Loma.Comment
