No one can force Canelo to drug test because he isn't ranked by the WBC. Unless it's in the contract that he signs. That would entail a new contract with different wording. Golden Boy knows this. That's why they want him to sign the original contract. Wake up you can't be that dense...
The leverage has changed. Canelo needs this fight to regain his image. Yeah he can continue to fight nobodies and past their prime smaller fighters but his legacy is tarnished not that he had much of a legacy anyway.

I think Golden Boy will sucker anyone looking for a meal ticket in September be it a 154 lb. fighter or a poorly rated middleweight. Charlo is fighting in August so he’s out.
