Oscar has been a parody of himself for years, pretty much starting with all that fishnet lingerie stuff he got caught wearing. He's pretty much a court jester at this point.

Last contract Golovkin signed with Canelo, Canelo did not fulfill. Didn't follow through with the verbal agreement to fight Golovkin after Cotto either.

as soon as lil'G volunteers to sign the contract, he will volunteer Canelo for VADA
FACT: " it's not my job "...... is the most ******ed excuse ever
that is the kind of excuse kids give for not putting out the garbage
it is not the kind of excuse adults give, when it will cost them 15mil+
that is a childish viewpoint

& to anyone asking why GGG won't sign the contract? Because none know what's in the fk'n contract! "But he signed it before!" Oh, that's right, just before Saul got busted for PED's? No need to renegotiate right? Golovkin gave up 99% of the concessions & there's no way his team gonna sign the same contract after all that's happened between now & then. Isn't there more bad blood now? Isn't there more interest & demand by the general public as well? Hasn't one guy been suspended? Yet some think that the negotiation tactics are still the same? wasteofourfkntime!

Anyone's thinking that GGG should just sign the contract (that none know what is contained, how the split is distributed, or what testing stipulations even are) is simply ignorant & not interested at all on resolving the actual issue that brought both teams here in the first place! Until year-round testing happens, no top contender should step in the ring with him.
