    Neither, since no one knew what to expect from Sulecki. I think most treated Jacobs as a known quantity and adjusted their view of Sulecki accordingly.

        It didn't hurt or help. Jacobs fought a guy who was better than some people expected. He landed some really good shots but he didn't come close to hurting Sukecki. He still won a fight he was in no danger of losing. It might hurt his reputation with the fans that only count KOs.
