Judge Robin Taylor had Linares ahead, 86-84, in what had been a very competitive, tactical lightweight title bout before Lomachenko stopped Linares with a body shot in the 10th round at Madison Square Garden.

I had it even at the time of stoppage. 5 rounds to Hi Tek, 4 rounds to Linares.

Got to agree. Having linares ahead isn't just obscene it's actually incompetent. I think the swollen coke head cross dresser promoter de la hoya may know why. The same way he got a draw for canelo v ggg

Golden boy was trying to set up for a robbery. I'm a Linares fan but I dont think he even did enough to be drawing the fight let alone winning it. Loma is an exceptional fighter, there's no doubts about that now

You have to be joking! Up by three rounds? Maybe your guide dog needs a visit to Specsavers.
So enlighten me; which rounds did you give to Linares?

I had it 5-4 Loma but the score was tied going into the 10th because of the knockdown.

It was definitely a close fight. Lots of punches blocked but could easily see how judges could have either fighter slightly ahead. Didn’t see anything controversial with the score cards.

This was a great close fight with some excellent technical skill on display.

When you hear people saying their fighter was 4/5 rounds ahead it’s just bias and then it doesn’t matter what anyone else says.
