Thing with huggie fury is he's smart (in the ring) he's a natural boxer and will only get better at his young age. Soon as he gets some muscle he's going to be a real threat

That power was frightening. Shades of Wilder in there tonight

Big ups to Ugly, pardon me, Hughie Fury for the victory. Ride on this tide till you get your shot at Wilder

Looking at the rankings a fight against Big Baby or Pulev would be good next.
I wouldn't rule out a rematch with Parker though

Domestic level fighter, beat a very limited Sexton. Joyce would be an even match up so they don't want none of that work.

He threw a good assortment of punches including some to the body. I wish he would be more aggressive but at 23 he has plenty of time to get bigger & stronger. The British title is a good strap to put on the mantle. There are some good domestic fights he could have to finish out 2018. I think he should defend it 2 more times before stepping it up to the world level again. David Price & Gary Cornish would be decent matchups. Both guys are big & each has a different skillset to challenge Hughie with. He would be favoured against both but Price does have the punch to change a fight so Fury would have to be on top of his game & can't get complacent.
I've heard Peter Fury and Hughie both saying that they were hoping that it would go into the second half and he was going to switch it up and start holding his feet more and standing his ground and then come forward. Interesting to hear that it is something that they have been working on. Hopefully we'll get to see that in the next few fights because he does need to add more strings to his bow I think.

yes i watched an interview after I posted this. It sounds like a one & done title reign. He will vacate. They are looking for an eliminator of some sort.

Great stunning performance by Hughie Fury and 2.9 million tuned into Channel 5 Saturday night - maybe just maybe thanks to Graham Norton's boring annoying voice and the crappy Eurovision Song Contest.
Will look forward to his next fight and I see the casuals were talking about it here over in the UK. Anyone notice Dillian Whyte is staying well away from Mr Fury - hehehe.
